We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor / Appointed Person for a long-term, high-security government infrastructure project in Aldermaston. This is a
dual-role
opportunity for a qualified professional to oversee and manage all lifting operations on-site, working directly with our client.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute lifting operations
-
Review lift plans and RAMS, ensuring all lifting activities are risk-assessed and properly coordinated
-
Supervise crane operators, slingers, and signallers to ensure safe lifting operations
-
Interpret and work from technical lifting drawings and site schematics
-
Liaise with site management and other stakeholders to deliver a safe and efficient lifting strategy
Essential Requirements:

Blue CPCS A61 (Appointed Person) and A62 (Lifting Supervisor) tickets
-
Demonstrable experience in a combined Lifting Supervisor and Appointed Person role
-
Strong technical understanding of lifting operations and industry regulations
-
Competency in reading and interpreting lifting drawings

Excellent communication and leadership skills
